$13 million renovation completed at Regent Mall

Cadillac Fairview unveils a new, modernized shopping centre

Fredericton (N.B.) November 10, 2010 — Today, The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited celebrates the completion of the entirely renovated Regent Mall after an intensive eight month construction period. The only full service regional shopping centre in its trade area, customers at Regent Mall will now enjoy an even greater shopping experience with the completion of this much anticipated transformation.

“In an increasingly competitive consumer environment, the new Regent Mall offers our customers a heightened shopping experience that will not only meet, but exceed their expectations. We are able to provide incomparable shopping choices via first to market retailers, a service commitment second to none and an enhanced level of comfort for the entire family,” said Colleen Parent-Meade, General Manager of Regent Mall. “We have also added new washrooms, family washrooms, a Baby & Me room in the Food Court and expanded the existing women’s washrooms.”

“The design, inspired by the urban trends seen in shopping centres of leading international cities, was developed by Cadillac Fairview’s architects and has been executed by local trades people,” adds Jean-François Dugal, Vice-President Property Management, for Cadillac Fairview. “We are always searching for innovative approaches to offer consumers a place where fashion, good taste and quality of life converge.”

Shoppers will enjoy high ceilings with skylights, brand-new flooring and ceiling treatments, state-of-the art touchless washroom facilities, a fully renovated Food Court with comfortable new seating areas and warmly lit soft seating areas. Marrying these elements with a diverse range of top-notch retailers such as Aeropostale and American Eagle Outfitters has created a distinctive and exciting shopping experience for our valued customers.
