Ron Wratschko

Ron Wratschko
Executive Vice President, Operations

Ron is an accomplished industry executive with 30 years of senior management experience. He joined Cadillac Fairview in 1997 after holding senior positions with two other real estate organizations. Ron is currently responsible for providing operational leadership and innovation to manage Cadillac Fairview’s 50 million square-foot retail and office portfolio.

Ron is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Marketing, with a minor in real estate. He is also a graduate of the Urban Land Economics program at the University of British Columbia. Ron is a member of the Canadian Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centres.
