Tom Knoepfel
Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Western Canada Portfolio

Tom Knoepfel joined Cadillac Fairview in 2001 and has more than 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry with extensive leasing and property management expertise. Tom is responsible for the management of the operations and the retail and office leasing efforts for the company's Western Portfolio, which includes British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba.

Tom is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Construction Management, with a focus on finance. His is also a graduate of the Urban Land Economics Diploma Program at the University of British Columbia.
