Russ Goin joined Cadillac Fairview in 2008 and brings more than 13 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview, he held progressively senior positions with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in real estate investment banking and real estate principal investing. Russ started his career as a civil engineer advising real estate owners and developers on environmental and geotechnical aspects of properties. In his current role, he is responsible for leadership of Cadillac Fairview’s Investments team, and strategic property investments and divestitures, with a focus on the Brazilian and U.S. markets.

Russ holds Juris Doctor and MBA degrees from Duke University; a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University; and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
